What a wonderful time cooking and chatting with family at our girls cooking class! A four course meal. Starting with Crottins de Chevre aux Pommes, apples + goat cheese = amazing! Then the main course, Poulet a la Creme au Champagne, chicken was moist with a lovely cream sauce. Then on to Salade d'Endives a l'Orange, a light and refreshing salad with tons of flavor. To finish, Gateau de Peches, Palasade Peaches surrounded by moist cake. We all laughed, cooked and enjoyed Dion's wonderful meals and knowledge. Thank you and Bon Appetit
